We are currently recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager based in South San Francisco, CA

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the successful implementation of key client promotional programs
  • Manage the successful implementation and execution of varied promotional program and projects
  • Assure projects and programs are delivered in a timely manner;
  • Interface with clients to think creatively and proactively about unique, fun, and cutting-edge promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Finance and Engineering teams to successfully develop sales pitches, finalize contract deliverables and details, and execute promotions
  • Analyze program results and present to client
  • Manage client and outside vendor deliverables and expectations
  • Report to Director of Account Management on status of projects

Requirements:

  • 5 years of product, project or account management experience in an Internet technology organization or interactive agency
  • Successful management of client business issues
  • Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Solid communication skills, both to nurture a project team and develop client relationships
  • Ability to work with many personality types within a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligent follow-through skills on time-sensitive, multi-variable projects
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Ability to coordinate work on multiple projects in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Four-Year College Degree with five years of relevant business experience
