Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. We continue to partner with SHAZAM, our debit card processor, to implement additional authentication known as Mastercard Identity Check.
When both the ecommerce merchant and Bank of Farmington participate in Mastercard Identity Check, the transaction will go through a risk-based authentication. If there is a SHAZAM logo on the checkout screen, you'll be asked to identify yourself by receiving a One-Time Passcode (OTP) via text message. Once received, you'll enter this code on a checkout screen with SHAZAM's logo.
If an invalid OTP is entered in the checkout screen, the transaction will not be authenticated. If three (3) consecutive invalid OTPs are entered into the checkout screen, your card will be blocked. To unblock your card, please contact Bank of Farmington.

The easy-to-use app works on your smartphone, tablet, or home computer. Like a high-tech early-warning system, Brella can immediately alert you to any potentially fraudulent activity. By keeping track of your purchases you can help limit fraud transactions from happening. If you lose your card(s), you can log into Brella and temporarily block any transactions from going through until the card is found. Also, you can send money to people via email, using your PIN number to securely transfer funds.
There is no charge for this service, however there may be a charge for additional services if any are added in the future. Download for free from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, or for your home computer. Getting started is easy - just follow the instructions on screen and we are always here to help if needed.
Bank of Farmington is excited to provide a new personalized debit card service. Now, you can create a personalized debit card featuring a photo of your choice or select an image from the online gallery. Choose a picture of loved ones, friends, a pet, or of your favorite vacation spot.
Customizing your card is simple! Just upload your image, rotate it, shrink it, enlarge it, flip it and even preview it before you place the order. Make your card YOUR card!
Has your card been lost or stolen? It can be nerve racking worrying about whether or not your credit card company has turned off your card quickly enough for it not to be used. Card Control lets YOU turn “activate / deactivate” your card at any time! Card Control adds added security to your debit card and safeguards your account.
If you have lost your card, simply turn it off! Once you locate it, you can easily turn it back on with full access to using it again.

Falcon Fraud is a fraud detection service that Bank of Farmington and Integrity Community Bank partner with to keep your transactions and account safe. If Falcon Fraud suspects suspicious activity on your account for any reason, Shazam will temporarily block your card from future purchases and try to contact you via phone* or text message**. If you receive a call or text message, please respond promptly to avoid any downtime with your debit card. They will verify the purchases that caused the alert and if the transactions are valid transactions, the card will be reopened. If the transactions are fraud, your card will remain in a blocked status.
You may call the bank during normal business hours to inquire about your card. If you are inquiring after normal business hours, please call Shazam Fraud Falcon at (866) 508-2693. This telephone number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please make sure you always travel with a secondary method of payment (credit card, cash, etc).
We recommend using your debit card as a debit with a PIN number as it is more secure and less likely to cause a temporary block on your card.
PROCESS UPDATE: SHAZAM is further enhancing their customer identification process with randomized toll-free phone numbers.
These numbers will be used when reaching out to cardholders to confirm suspicious activity instead of a single toll-free phone number. The random toll-free number will be tied to the case and utilized as a means of positive identification when cardholders call into the call center.
